Welcome to SogoApp. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SogoApp. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You register using your phone number and a one-time password. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure and for the activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SogoApp to:

• Send spam, harass, threaten, or harm others;
• Share illegal, abusive, or infringing content;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you send. You grant us the limited rights needed to transmit and deliver your content to your chosen recipients and to operate the service.

5. Purchases & virtual items

Some features may involve coins, wallet balances, or paid promotions. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Virtual items have no cash value except as expressly stated, and are non-transferable.

6. Wallet & withdrawals

Money you earn in SogoApp — for example from tips, ad rewards, or paid trainings — is added to your wallet in full. You can withdraw your available wallet balance to your bank once it reaches the minimum shown in the app.

Withdrawals from your wallet to your bank are subject to a 20% platform service fee; you receive 80% of the amount you withdraw. The fee, and the net amount you will receive, are shown to you on the withdrawal confirmation screen before you confirm. This platform service fee is the only fee SogoApp charges on your earnings — no fee is taken when you earn or when you spend your balance inside the app.

7. Creator earnings & paid live trainings

SogoApp lets creators host multi-day paid live trainings that subscribers pay to join. The following rules govern how and when a training creator is paid:

• Payment only on completion. A training creator is paid only after the full training duration has elapsed and every required session has been completed. There is no mid-program, partial, or per-session payout — creator earnings for a training are released once, after the entire program is finished.
• A valid session requires attendance. A live training session counts as a valid session only if at least 50% of the training's current subscribers, rounded up, attend that live session. For example, a training with 5 subscribers needs at least 3 of them to attend for the session to be valid; a training with 10 subscribers needs at least 5.
• Only valid sessions count toward completion. Only valid sessions advance a training toward completion. If a session does not reach the required attendance, it does not count and the host must run that session again. A training is not considered complete — and the creator is not paid — until all of its required sessions have been completed as valid sessions.
• If a host cancels a training before it is complete, subscribers are refunded as described in these terms and in the app.

8. Service availability

We work to keep SogoApp reliable but provide the service “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using SogoApp and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
